What is FOYZO Buyer Protection?

FOYZO Buyer Protection is a platform-level safeguard designed to assist Buyers when an order issue cannot be resolved directly with the Seller.

Most transactions on FOYZO are completed smoothly. However, if a Seller fails to respond or resolve a valid issue related to delivery, returns, refunds, or product conformity, FOYZO may step in to review the case and support a fair resolution.

Buyer Protection applies to:

  • products sold directly by Foyzo Warehouse, and

  • products sold by Marketplace Sellers on the Foyzo Marketplace platform.

When does Buyer Protection apply?

You may request Buyer Protection support if:

  • your order was not delivered or is significantly delayed;

  • the product arrived damaged, defective, or materially not as described;

  • a valid return or refund request was submitted but not resolved;

  • a refund was approved but not processed within a reasonable time;

  • the Seller does not respond or fails to cooperate.

Buyer Protection applies only after the Buyer has first attempted to resolve the issue directly with the Seller.

How Buyer Protection works

Step 1 – Contact the Seller

Buyers must first contact the Seller using the order messaging tools available on the FOYZO platform and allow reasonable time for a response.

Step 2 – Escalate to FOYZO

If the Seller does not respond or does not resolve the issue, the Buyer may escalate the matter to FOYZO through their account or order support area.

Step 3 – FOYZO review

FOYZO will review:

  • order details and transaction data;

  • communication history;

  • delivery and tracking information;

  • any supporting evidence provided (photos, videos, documents).

FOYZO may request additional information from either party during this process.

Possible outcomes

Depending on the circumstances, FOYZO may:

  • request the Seller to complete the resolution;

  • approve a refund, replacement, or other remedy;

  • issue a refund to the Buyer and recover the corresponding amount from the Seller;

  • close the case if the claim does not meet Buyer Protection criteria.

Decisions are made based on the available evidence, platform rules, and applicable law.

Foyzo Warehouse & Marketplace Seller

  • Products sold by Foyzo Warehouse
    FOYZO handles customer support, returns, and refunds directly in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

  • Products sold by Marketplace Sellers
    The sales contract is between the Buyer and the Seller. FOYZO acts as the platform operator and escalation authority under the Buyer Protection Guarantee if a Seller fails to comply with their obligations.

What Buyer Protection does not cover

Buyer Protection does not apply to:

  • change-of-mind requests outside the applicable return period;

  • items excluded from return under the Return & Refund Policy;

  • damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear;

  • disputes already resolved through chargebacks or payment reversals;

  • digital goods or services where the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

Buyer Protection does not replace:

  • Seller warranties;

  • manufacturer warranties; or

  • statutory consumer rights.

Time limits

Buyer Protection requests must be submitted within a reasonable period following the issue arising and in accordance with the applicable Return & Refund Policy and Seller Terms.

FOYZO reserves the right to decline late or incomplete requests.
