Espresso Intenso is Gimoka's extra strong espresso. This is an espresso that is created for everyone who likes a good powerful coffee. Just as coal and oil fuelled the industrial revolution, a good cup of strong coffee is a powerful source of new energy, fuelling you for the day ahead.

This variety is created with dark roasted 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta beans, which has resulted in a very aromatic, slightly sour coffee with a hazelnut-coloured crema and flavour notes of almond and dried fruit.

In other words, you get a full-bodied and aromatic cup at the high end of the strength scale. An invigorating espresso for when you need a shot of extra energy.

Based in Andalo Valtellino, Lombardy, it is one of Italy's leading coffee roasters with exports to over 50 countries. Gimoka controls the entire value chain from the coffee beans harvesting, its roasting and grinding and final packaging in the pods.
